Right of Withdrawal Notice
Information on Your Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract (i.e., the day you subscribe to the MarketLumina TradingView indicator).
However, this right of withdrawal does not apply once you have accessed the MarketLumina indicator, provided you have given your express consent to immediate access and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal upon such access.
Loss of Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
By subscribing to the MarketLumina indicator, you expressly consent to the immediate provision of the digital content (access to the indicator on TradingView) and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once you access the indicator. As a result, no refunds will be provided for the subscription if you access the indicator during the 14-day withdrawal period, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
If you do not access the indicator within the 14-day withdrawal period, you may exercise your right of withdrawal by notifying us before the period expires.
Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal (if applicable), you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but it is not obligatory.
Please send your withdrawal notice to:
MarketLumina
Email: info@marketlumina.com
We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal request. If you are eligible for a refund (i.e., you have not accessed the indicator), we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise.
