This cancellation policy outlines how you can change, cancel, or pause your subscription to the MarketLumina TradingView indicator.

Subscriptions

When you subscribe to MarketLumina, you receive continuous access to the MarketLumina indicator. We offer subscriptions on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the duration you select.

Your payment details will be securely stored, and you will be charged for each billing period unless you choose to pay in advance. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of their term unless you cancel them.

You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation emails contain links to your account, where you can manage your subscription.

Cancellation

To cancel your subscription, please log in to your account on the MarketLumina website and navigate to the "My Account" or "Subscription" section. Select "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts. After cancellation, you will retain access to the indicator until the end of your current billing period.

Pausing (Skip)

You can pause your subscription at any time by using the same management section or by contacting our support team at info@marketlumina.com. During the pause, your access will be temporarily suspended, and no charges will be applied until you reactivate the subscription.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our service, we do not offer refunds for the current billing period. Refunds may be granted as required by law or at our discretion.
