The Service is provided on a subscription basis, with options for monthly or yearly billing. Upon subscription, users gain immediate access to the indicator and receive continuous updates and enhancements.

13.3 If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

13.4 Exception for Digital Content: By subscribing to our Service, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully performed, i.e., once you have accessed the MarketLumina indicator on TradingView.
